During the event, each speaker expressed their views on government priorities tailored to the conditions of war. The guests emphasized that Afghanistan has now entered a new phase of the war and to pass this stage we need to create a national consensus among all political strata of the country.
The program stated that the current war has a more psychological aspect; a specific strategy should be developed to mobilize public opinion, which requires establishing an experienced military committee. The speakers noted that in the current situation, the issue of peace has been entrusted to the battlefield; and the Taliban think that they can win the battlefield through military pressure. The Taliban want peace in order to bring them to power.
