On Thursday, November 1, 2018, the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) hosted Mr. David Samuel Sedney, Senior Associate (non-resident) with the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, D.C. in the presence of distinguished civil society members, and media representatives. During this programme, both sides discussed Afghanistan and the United State of America relationships and on ongoing political situation. They talked about the role of civil society in promoting democracy and good governance in the country.
