Today the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) organized a public speech by Dr. Jean-Luc Racine’s Lecture Senior Fellow at Asia Centre, a Paris-based think tank. Dr. Jean-Luc Racine speech centered on India’s south Asia policy under Narendra Modi’s leadership. Despite the positive signal sent the South Asian leaders during Modi’s inauguration, the region has witnessed ups and downs in 2015. Dr. Racine analyzed the complex South Asian chessboard and it is consequences on the future relationship of Kabul-Islamabad-New Delhi. Today’s event was attended by a number of government officials, members of the parliament, academia, civil society activist and journalists. The speech was followed by a question and answer session, in which Dr. Jean-Luc Racine replied to the questions of the participants.
